INTERNATIONAL STANDARD - shipped by Royal Mail, no tracking available with this service.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED - shipped by Royal Mail
Fully tracked from end to end
Online delivery confirmation
Tracked shipping delivery aim is 5-10 working days, however it can take anywhere between 10 to 20 working days, but can be fully tracked from end to end.

However, there can sometimes be situations that arise which are out of our control with any shipping, thankfully these are very few and far between.

LOST PARCELS
Please note, that for any parcels lost during the shipping process, a refund will only be given after Royal Mails statutory time frame of 32 days and once Royal Mail have investigated fully.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
