Tracked shipping delivery aim is 5-10 working days, however it can take anywhere between 10 to 20 working days, but can be fully tracked from end to end.

However, there can sometimes be situations (as with CV-19 at the moment) that arise which are out of our control with any shipping, thankfully these are very few and far between.

Please note, that for any parcels lost during the shipping process, a refund will only be given after Royal Mails statutory time frame of 32 days and once Royal Mail have investigated fully.
