It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate, please ensure you check all details before placing your order, especially address details & any personalised items.  I copy and paste all information given for personal messages to name & addresses for posting, so as not to have any spelling errors, so double check your information.

When paying for your orders with Wheaten Terrier Images, you are using third-party payment processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Both Paypal and Create use a secure and encrypted service, to ensure your payment details are protected to the highest level. They will only collect and store card information if you have opted to do so, for faster checkout in the future.

Depending on the product(s) ordered, dispatch times are between 2-7 days.

If further clarification of expected delivery is required, eg. if needed by a specific date, contact by the customer should be made prior to submitting an order.

Our full product range is available for shipment to the whole of the UK (see below) and you can choose from 2nd class or 1st class mail.

FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING -

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT CUSTOMS CHARGES. THESE CAN INCLUDE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES, IMPORT VAT AND IMPORT DUTY / TAXES. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR SUCH CHARGES BY THE RELEVANT COURIER AT POINT OF IMPORT AND SUCH CHARGES WILL NEED TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY TO ENABLE ONWARDS DELIVERY OF YOUR CONSIGNMENT.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD for cards & some large letter size - shipped by Royal Mail.  Shipping can take between 10-40  working/business days (weekends and bank holidays are not included).  Please note there is no tracking available with this profile.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED for some large letter sizes, all small parcels or larger - shipped by Royal Mail.

Although there can sometimes be situations (as with CV-19 at the moment) that arise which are out of our control with any shipping, thankfully these are very few and far between.

LOST PARCELS
Please note, that for any parcels lost during the shipping process, a refund will only be given once Royal Mail have investigated fully, and find that it is truly lost.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
